World’s former richest man, Jeff Bezos, has been thrown into mourning following the death of his mother, Jacklyn “Jackie” Gise Bezos.
According to Daily Mail, Jackie passed away at the age of 78 in Miami. The exact circumstances of her death remain undisclosed.
Her passing comes shortly after Jeff Bezos’ wedding to Lauren Sanchez, which took place in Venice, Italy, between June 24 and 28, 2025. The star-studded ceremony was attended by high-profile dignitaries including Kim Kardashian, Oprah Winfrey, Tom Brady, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Katy Perry.
Unconfirmed social media reports suggest Jackie may have died after battling Lewy Body Dementia. She reportedly passed peacefully at home, surrounded by her husband, Mike Bezos, her children, and grandchildren.
