Yoruba actor and matchmaker Adams Kehinde, better known as Lege Miami, has come out swinging in defence of Fuji legend Wasiu Ayinde, aka Kwam 1, after the singer’s recent airport altercation with a pilot.
In a fiery video, Lege accused Captain Oluranti Ogoyi — the pilot involved — of reckless behaviour, insisting she should face consequences just like the musician. He argued that her decision to move the aircraft while Kwam 1 was nearby could have been “life-threatening.”
“This pilot, she attempted to kill,” Lege declared. “Even if K1 was being stubborn, how can one man stop a plane from moving? Instead of calling the police, you start the plane and risk killing him? That’s not education, that’s not professionalism.”
The actor questioned why airport security allowed the dispute to escalate instead of handling it through law enforcement. He maintained that if authorities penalise Kwam 1, the pilot must also be sanctioned.
The incident, which has sparked heated debate among fans and aviation insiders, continues to divide opinions — with some blaming the singer for obstructing the flight and others echoing Lege’s call for the pilot’s punishment.
