In a shocking turn of events, Real Housewives of Potomac star Wendy Osefo has reportedly been arrested alongside her husband, Eddie Osefo, on multiple criminal fraud charges.
According to TMZ, the couple was taken into custody in Westminster, Maryland, on October 9, following an ongoing investigation.
Court documents reveal that Wendy is facing 16 charges, including seven felony counts. Among them is a serious accusation of false or misleading information fraud involving sums exceeding $300. She is also facing one misdemeanor count of making a false statement to an officer.
At the time of reporting, details of Eddie Osefo’s charges have not been publicly disclosed.
This shocking development adds to the recent wave of legal troubles surrounding the Real Housewives of Potomac cast. Fans may recall that Karen Huger previously served seven months in prison for a DUI offense before her release in September.
