“You’re too childish, too immature” – Chinese Businessman Ross Boss Fires Back at VeryDarkMan, Denies Scam Allegations

Ross Boss Fires Back at VeryDarkMan, Denies Scam Allegations

Chinese businessman Ross Boss has responded to activist VeryDarkMan (VDM) after being accused of scamming people and engaging in suspicious business activities.

In a video that quickly gained traction online, VeryDarkMan warned his followers not to conduct any business with Ross, despite their previous association.

He alleged that he had witnessed questionable behaviour from the Chinese trader during their time together in China.

However, Ross, who is known for trading in fairly used clothes (Okrika), has now shared his side of the story, describing VDM’s claims as false, immature, and defamatory.

“You’re too childish, too immature. Ross thought you were a mature person. You personally attack and defame a boss who’s willing to pay you and arrange everything for you,” he said.

Ross maintained that he has built his business reputation over the years and never scammed any client.

“Before knowing you, I did business with Nigerian clients for eight years. They won’t stop working with Ross because of one video from you. I don’t know how many of your supporters have bought over $10,000 from Ross, but trust me, it’s not more than ten clients,” he explained.

The businessman also dismissed claims that customers only patronized him because of his association with VDM, insisting that his credibility in the market stands on its own.

Ross went on to address the Canton Fair controversy, after VDM insinuated that he helped Ross gain access to the international trade event in China.

Clarifying the matter, Ross said he paid those who assisted him.

“Ross pays everyone who helps me with anything. Four African friends took me to the Canton Fair, and I paid each of them $100. VDM, you said it’s because of your influence that Ross paid $100. Without your influence, I’d still pay $100,” he stated.

The Canton Fair, officially known as the China Import and Export Fair, is one of the world’s largest trade exhibitions held biannually in Guangzhou, China, attracting global manufacturers and importers.

Ross concluded by asserting that VDM’s public outburst was unwarranted and based on misinformation, while urging Nigerians to verify facts before forming opinions.
