Nollywood actress Biola Adebayo has raised alarm after all her Instagram accounts were suddenly deactivated on Sunday.

The 43-year-old actress shared a video revealing that her main page, business account, and other backup accounts all went off at once. According to her, the incident was caused by massive reports filed against her pages.

In an emotional video, Biola lamented the situation and urged her fans to stay connected through any account still visible to them.

She said, “My Instagram account has been deactivated. My main account, my business account, everything. You’re not fighting me, you’re fighting God.”

The actress, who has maintained an active online presence in recent months, appeared distressed as she appealed for support while trying to recover her accounts.

Hours after raising the alarm, Biola returned with an update on Sunday night, announcing that one of her accounts had been restored.

Sharing the good news, she wrote, “GOOD NEWS!!! Praise God! Our main account Biolabayo1 is back but I’m yet to have access to it, hopefully before tomorrow morning by God’s grace, while we try to retrieve the other 3 business accounts. Thank you all for standing by me. I do not take your supports for granted. May God continue to bless you all. THANK YOU EVERYONE!”

Biola Adebayo has been in the news in recent months due to issues surrounding her personal life, including her separation from her husband, which sparked wide reactions online.

Beyond acting, Biola runs a thriving food business and has also spoken publicly about the rising costs of social events and aso-ebi.

Just a week ago, she lamented the financial pressure of attending multiple ceremonies before the end of the year, revealing she had eight owambes lined up with aso-ebi costs totaling about N2 million. She announced that she would stop buying aso-ebi and instead wear outfits she already owns.
