Controversial Nigerian clergyman Prophet Chukwuemeka Odumeje, popularly known as Indaboski, has sparked conversations online after declaring that he qualifies as a graduate because he sponsored his wife’s university education.
Speaking during a recent church service, Odumeje explained that he holds education in high esteem and admires those who have completed formal schooling.
According to the cleric, financing his wife’s education required significant effort and sacrifice — qualities he believes are enough to earn him the same recognition as a degree holder.

“Education is beautiful. I like people who are graduates. I am one of them. I am a graduate man. After all my wife is a graduate and I am the one that send her to school. He that trains a graduate is also a graduate. A graduate trainer is also a graduate because you have already used your money to graduate somebody…”
His statement has drawn mixed reactions on social media, with some praising his dedication to his wife’s growth, while others dismissed the claim as humorous and unconventional.
