According to SunSport, the 26-year-old has been under intense pressure since completing his headline-making £130 million transfer from Newcastle United — a move that became one of the most controversial deals of the summer after Isak reportedly went on strike to push it through.
In addition to the backlash surrounding his transfer, Isak and his Swedish teammates were subjected to death threats online after Sweden finished bottom of their group in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers. A source close to the player revealed that the forward is now focused on creating a sense of stability and safety off the pitch after a turbulent few months.
