Megan Thee Stallion’s long-running legal dispute with blogger Milagro Gramz has officially entered the courtroom, with jury selection commencing this week in Florida. Despite the high-profile tension surrounding the case, TMZ captured both women leaving court appearing calm and in good spirits.
A total of nine jurors were selected—five men and four women—among them two Black jurors, who will now determine the outcome of the rapper’s defamation claims.
The lawsuit centers on Megan Thee Stallion’s allegations that Milagro repeatedly spread harmful falsehoods about her online, including promoting fabricated explicit material and fueling targeted harassment tied to Tory Lanez, who is currently serving time for the 2020 shooting involving the Houston rapper.
The proceedings have been complicated by Lanez’s refusal to cooperate during multiple depositions, leading the court to issue fines against him.
Milagro has firmly denied all accusations, setting the stage for an intense courtroom showdown as the case moves forward.
