“These videos show Sammy” – Regina Daniels’ Brother, Sammy West, Granted N5 Million Bail After Days in Detention

If Ned marries another wife, I'll marry you - Regina Daniels' brother, Sammy tells her

Samuel “Sammy West” Daniels, the younger brother of Nollywood actress Regina Daniels, has been granted bail set at N5 million after spending several days in detention.

The development was confirmed on Monday, marking a major relief for the Daniels family. Sammy, who had been remanded at Keffi Prison, can now regain his freedom following the court’s approval of his bail application.

Reacting to the news, Regina’s other brother, known on Instagram as @Sweezzy1, wrote:

“Sammy, you are a great man. Bail has been granted! Nigerians, thank you.”

Sammy’s arrest has been linked to the ongoing family dispute between Regina Daniels and her estranged husband, Ned Nwoko. According to reports, he was arrested in Lagos earlier this month and later remanded by a magistrate court.

Regina Daniels had earlier raised alarm over her brother’s detention, writing in a now-viral post:

“I will return if that’s the only way, do whatever he says.”

The actress claimed that the arrest was intended to pressure her into reconciling with Nwoko, alleging that her brother was being held to force her compliance.

However, Ned Nwoko has since denied the allegation, stating that Sammy’s arrest was due to his repeated visits and alleged harassment at the billionaire’s residence.
In his words:

“…these videos show Sammy, Regina’s brother, repeatedly coming to my home and harassing my children and domestic staff…”

While Sammy’s bail brings temporary relief to the family, the larger conflict between Regina Daniels and Ned Nwoko remains unresolved.
