Former One Direction star Zayn Malik has officially rejoined the band’s business entity, PPM Music Limited, marking a surprise reunion with his former bandmates after more than ten years apart.
According to newly filed documents with Companies House, Zayn Malik was reinstated as an active director of PPM Music Limited on November 3, as reported by The Sun. This move reconnects him professionally with Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, and Niall Horan, who remain listed as fellow directors of the company.
Malik, who hails from Bradford, West Yorkshire, originally resigned from the board in June 2016, a year after his highly publicized exit from One Direction in March 2015. During his five-year tenure with the band, One Direction achieved massive success—earning four UK No. 1 singles, four Brit Awards, and widespread global acclaim for hits like “What Makes You Beautiful.”
All four current directors share a central London address, believed to be associated with Lee & Thompson LLP, a leading law firm specializing in music and media law. Notably, the firm has also been linked to Liam Payne’s solo career management.
Beyond his corporate reunion, Zayn Malik is gearing up for an exciting 2025. The singer is set to perform seven headline shows in Las Vegas this January, marking his first-ever live performances in the city.
Additionally, Malik and Tomlinson are reportedly filming a new travel series that documents their journey across the United States, signaling a fresh chapter of collaboration—and perhaps nostalgia—for fans of the iconic boy band.
