Popular Twitch streamer Kai Cenat has confirmed that he is single, triggering a public response from his former girlfriend, Gabrielle “Gigi” Alayah, who firmly denied allegations of infidelity and stated that she was the one who ended the relationship.
Cenat announced in a brief post on X (formerly Twitter), amid growing online speculation surrounding the status of their relationship. While he did not provide further details, the post quickly sparked widespread discussion across social media.
In response, Alayah, a fellow influencer and content creator, addressed the rumours directly, pushing back against claims that she cheated during the relationship.
“I left, now you wanna get on the internet and rush to paint a false narrative off a FAKE Twitter post is insane,” she wrote. “I’ve never cheated on you, and YOU know that. I have never dealt with that man… play that sympathetic role somewhere else pls.”
For several weeks, online speculation had linked Alayah to rapper NBA YoungBoy, accusations she strongly denied.
Cenat had publicly confirmed his relationship with Alayah in December 2024 during his birthday livestream, ending months of fan speculation.
At the time, he described the relationship as a positive influence on his life, saying it made him happier and more focused. He also revealed that they met in Manhattan and credited the relationship with improving his mindset.
As of the time of filing this report, neither Cenat nor Alayah has disclosed specific details regarding the circumstances that led to the breakup.
