Millie Bobby Brown has officially adopted a brand-new name following her marriage to Jake Bongiovi — and she’s finally letting fans in on it.
The 21-year-old Stranger Things star, who tied the knot with Jon Bon Jovi’s son last year and recently adopted a baby girl with him, opened up about the change during a new interview with VT alongside co-star Noah Schnapp.
During a playful exchange, Noah was asked if he knew her full name. “It’s Millie Bonnie Brown,” he declared confidently. Millie jumped in immediately, saying, “Well, now…” prompting Noah to adjust his guess to “Millie Bonnie Brown Bongiovi,” then attempted to add “Bobby.”
Millie quickly shut that down.
“No Bobby. Start again,” she said.
When Noah tried once more — “Millie Bonnie Brown” — she corrected him again: “Drop the Brown.”
Finally, she revealed her updated name: “It’s just Millie Bonnie Bongiovi.” She joked that people could even shorten it to “Millie Bon Bon.”
The actress only recently disclosed that her real middle name is Bonnie, explaining earlier this year that she chose “Bobby” as a stage name simply because it sounded more unique. “I’ve never told anyone that. You heard it here first,” she said during a chat with Chris Pratt.
Millie and Jake confirmed in August that they had welcomed their first child through adoption. In a joint announcement, the couple wrote:
“This summer, we welcomed our sweet baby girl through adoption. We are beyond excited to embark on this beautiful next chapter of parenthood in both peace and privacy.
And then there were 3. Love, Millie and Jake Bongiovi.”
