Ghanaian singer Fantana has publicly criticized Tanzanian music star Diamond Platnumz after he mentioned her name during Juma Jux’s concert in Lagos.
During his appearance on stage, Diamond Platnumz was heard addressing the crowd, saying: “Who said Fantana here? I never said Fantana. Who’s she?” The comment quickly gained traction online and sparked reactions across social media.

In response, Fantana took to her Instagram page to fire back at the award-winning artiste, accusing him of being obsessed with her and demanding that he stop mentioning her name publicly.

“Please let my name rest @diamondplatnumz. Imagine having a whole concert in Lagos and still mentioning MY NAME! Don’t irritate me this evening!” she wrote.
The singer escalated her remarks by questioning Diamond Platnumz’s marriage, describing it as a publicity stunt and alleging it was being used for social media engagement.
“You are so obsessed with me! Leave me alone ooo and face that fake marriage you guys are using for social media with that fake small cheap invisible ring!” she added.

Fantana concluded her post with a warning, suggesting she would take further action if the situation continued.
“If you like keep playing, I go enter Tanzania sharp!” she stated.
The exchange has since fueled widespread debate online, with fans of both artistes weighing in on the growing tension between the two musicians.
