Singer and actress Jessica Simpson appears to be holding on to her luxury Los Angeles mansion following her separation from estranged husband Eric Johnson.
According to TMZ, Johnson has already moved out of the property and relocated to another home not far from Simpson’s sprawling estate in the Los Angeles area.
The mansion itself is a massive property, featuring six bedrooms, ten bathrooms, and approximately 10,000 square feet of living space. The estate is currently estimated to be worth about $17 million.
Interestingly, the home also carries some celebrity history. The property was previously owned by legendary rocker Ozzy Osbourne and his wife, Sharon Osbourne, before Simpson purchased it in 2013 for $11.5 million.
Simpson had attempted to sell the mansion over the past year. She first listed the property in 2023 for $22 million, later reducing the asking price to $17.9 million in January before quietly removing it from the market.
Despite the split, the singer appears to be staying in the home for now.
Reports also indicate that Simpson is currently single and not dating, choosing instead to focus on her children and career following the separation.
For the time being, the singer seems content remaining in the luxury estate she has called home for more than a decade.
