Reality TV star Khloé Kardashian has opened up about her regrets over participating in her ex-husband Lamar Odom’s documentary, and she is clearly not holding anything back.
Speaking on a recent episode of her podcast Khloé in Wonder Land, the mother of two admitted that agreeing to be part of the project has now left her feeling frustrated, used, and emotionally drained.
According to Khloé, she initially agreed to feature in the documentary as a favour to Lamar, believing it would focus on positivity and highlight his recovery journey rather than reopen painful chapters from their past.
“So, like the documentary number one, do people think I just like talking about this all day long? No, it’s traumatic,” she said, revealing that she was hesitant from the start.
She explained that she only moved forward after being reassured that the project would be handled carefully and would present a positive narrative, especially considering everything Lamar has already been through.
Khloé also disclosed that she was not paid for her involvement, stressing that her decision was purely out of support and goodwill. In fact, she revealed that the project allegedly could not move forward without her participation.
However, things appear to have taken a different turn.
The reality star expressed anger over Lamar’s recent media appearances, particularly his comments during an interview, where she claims he indirectly discredited her role in his life and recovery.
“But now Lamar is doing press… claiming or insinuating that I’m a liar… discrediting me, saying that I wasn’t the one that helped him,” she said.
Clearly hurt by the situation, Khloé admitted she now regrets ever agreeing to be part of the documentary.
“I feel dumb… and I’m pissed that I even got involved,” she added.
Her emotional revelation has sparked reactions online, with many fans sympathising with her, while others weighed in on the complicated history between the former couple.
For Khloé, what was meant to be a supportive gesture has now become yet another difficult chapter — one she clearly wishes she had never revisited.
