The only scenario that is acceptable to the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), according to Agbo Major, its spokesperson, is for Peter Obi to serve as Rabiu Kwankwaso’s deputy.
Agbo was asked on Arise TV this evening why Kwankwaso is unable to accept the position of Peter Obi’s running mate.
Many people, according to Agbo, have called the party’s leadership to voice their opposition to the idea that Kwankwaso should be Obi’s running partner.
Agbo stated that the only scenario the party would tolerate is for Obi to serve as Kwankwaso’s deputy as merger negotiations proceed.
