Francine Kouffie (born July 3, 1997, 28 years old) is from Trasacco Valley, Ghana. She achieved American citizenship at her birth in the United States of America.
She was born in Atlanta and raised in the state of Georgia. She spent her formative years in the United States before relocating to her native Ghana. Her mother, Dorcas Affo-Toffey, is a Ghanaian entrepreneur, while her father is Mr. Kouffie.
