Nigerian chef, Hilda Baci, who gained fame for her controversial statement about Ghana jollof lacking flavor, has had a change of heart.
Previously, she shared her opinion on a podcast with fellow Ghanaians, where she argued that Ghana’s jollof was lacking in taste.
This sparked outrage on social media.
In order to further support her argument, she recalled a jollof competition between Nigeria and Ghana where the Nigerian version came out on top.
However, in a recent video that surfaced online, Hilda Baci was seen enjoying a plate of jollof at the home of Ghanaian artist Becca, who is married to a Nigerian.
She confessed to enjoying the flavors of the jollof she tasted at Becca’s house and even agreed to participate in another interview regarding the jollof debate.
