In a recent Twitter post, Solomon Buchi humorously poked fun at the tradition of vowing to cut off “fake friends” as the new year approaches.
He cleverly asked if people had already purchased their scissors to remove their imaginary fake friends before 2024.
This remark playfully teases the annual ritual some individuals follow, where they publicly declare their intention to remove certain friends from their lives as part of their New Year resolutions.
It is worth noting that two months ago, Solomon Buchi spoke out about those who make bold claims about what they will never tolerate in life.
He highlights the irony that many people often find themselves in the very situations they swore to avoid.
Buchi also addresses the unpredictability of life, emphasizing how the phrase “it can never be me” can lose its relevance when individuals face challenging circumstances.
Buchi also talked about marriage prospects in September.
He disputed the idea that when males propose to women, they are doing them a favor.
He said that marriage proposals are a mutually beneficial arrangement rather than a favor given to one person at a time.
Rejecting the notion that men are doing women a favor by choosing to be married, Buchi advocated for the value of respect and cooperation in marriage.
He said that no man was meant to live in solitude.
