Eighteen companies, including Tsuri, Rebecca Allen, Fulaba, and Baby Donna, have officially ended their partnerships with Empower Global, a venture founded by Diddy, an American singer whose real name is Sean Combs.
These brands confirmed the decision to Rolling Stone Magazine on Sunday.
Founder of luxury-bag, eyewear, and apparel company, House of Takura, Annette Njau said; “We take the allegations against Mr. Combs seriously and find such behavior abhorrent and intolerable. We believe and support victims’ rights, even against the most powerful of people.”
This disassociation comes after a series of sexual assault allegations against Diddy, with a fourth lawsuit recently filed by Jane Doe, claiming she was sex trafficked and gang raped by Diddy, Harve Pierre, and another individual in 2003 when she was 17.
Diddy had previously stepped down as chairman of Revolt TV, a media company he co-founded.
