According to Daily Mail, a fire broke out on Monday at Beyoncé Knowles’ childhood home in Houston, Texas.

Firefighters quickly responded to the incident and were able to extinguish the flames at the two-story house, where Beyonce lived from birth to age five.

The Houston Fire Department received the call at 2 am and arrived at the Rosedale Street location to find the home fully engulfed in fire.

Firefighters arrived within three minutes of the initial call and were able to suppress the majority of the fire within the first 10 minutes.

They also had to cut into the roof to ensure the attic and eaves were clear of fire.

Thankfully, the couple and their two young children who currently reside in the house were able to escape safely in their pyjamas, and no injuries were reported.

The officials stated that the cause of the fire was still under investigation.
