Bayern Munich has formally announced Vincent Kompany as their new manager.
Kompany has agreed to a three-year deal with the former Bundesliga titleholders.
He will take over from Thomas Tuchel, who resigned from the position earlier this summer.
Bayern has agreed to pay Burnley £10 million to release him from his contract.
