In an unexpected turn of events, Sophia Momodu, popular artist Davido’s first babymama, has come out about their custody struggle.
This development comes after the musician filed for shared custody of Imade, accusing Sophia of extortion and denying him access to their child.
In a statement provided by her lawyer, the single mother of one revealed additional details about her connection with OBO and the circumstances surrounding the care of their daughter, Imade.
Sophia Momodu said that she and Davido were in a relationship from 2020 to 2022, when he was also seeing Chioma.
She alleged that Davido has abandoned Imade since she ended their relationship in July 2022 and refused his demands for a sexual relationship.
