Ed Sheeran has acquired an office building in London.
The renowned artist invested £8.25 million ($10.4 million) in this prime property situated in the vibrant Soho district of London.
As reported by The Sun, the newly renovated office space, designed to accommodate up to 50 workstations, boasts “a sophisticated design that offers abundant natural light throughout an open-plan layout featuring a fitted kitchenette and breakfast bar, custom glass phone booths, and meeting rooms, all completed to an outstanding standard.”
The acclaimed artist, known for his hit “Shape Of You,” has augmented his extensive real estate portfolio with this office block acquisition.
Ed Sheeran‘s portfolio includes numerous properties throughout London, with ownership of at least 27 real estate holdings, including a spacious residence in Notting Hill and additional homes in other prestigious neighborhoods such as Holland Park and Covent Garden.
Sheeran’s real estate investments are managed through private companies and do not encompass the expansive estate in Suffolk where he resides with his wife Cherry and their two daughters.
Affectionately referred to as ‘Sheeranville’ by local residents, the estate features not only the primary residence but also a 16th-century farmhouse, a pub, a recording studio, a chapel, a football pitch, an outdoor kitchen, and a pond.
Ed Sheeran’s business ventures extend beyond the UK. The artist, known for “The A Team,” also possesses a substantial villa in Italy, complete with its own vineyards.
