Nigerian dancer Lil Smart has taken legal action against Naira Marley and Zinoleesky from Marlian Records, claiming that they threatened his life.
On December 9, 2024, Lil Smart voiced his concerns on social media and shared videos and photos of alleged harassment from Zinoleesky and others. He called on the public to hold Naira Marley and Zinoleesky accountable if anything were to happen to him.
In response, Zinoleesky denied the accusations, accusing Lil Smart of seeking attention.
However, in a viral post on his Instagram page, Lil Smart revealed that he has officially submitted his petition to the authorities and is awaiting justice from the legal system.
He also noted that he had previously endured bullying from the duo but lacked sufficient evidence to take legal action.
“This is not the first or third time I have been experiencing this bullying. But I didn’t have enough evidence to face the law. Now, I thank God that I have very good evidence, and I will put everything I have in line to make sure this bullying and threat to life is stopped.
“With my evidence, I really hope that they are not too big to be apprehended. I have submitted my petition and evidence to the authorities. By God’s grace, the law that binds us as citizens of Nigeria will make sure I get the justice I deserve.”
As of the time of filing this report, Naira Marley is yet to respond to the allegations.
