Self-proclaimed financial advisor GehGeh has entered the fray in the Burna Boy and Sophia Egbueje controversy, announcing intentions to take legal action against the singer.
The ongoing drama started with leaked audio of Sophia Egbueje accusing Burna Boy of not fulfilling his promise to buy her a Lamborghini in exchange for a relationship.
Burna Boy responded with a scathing freestyle aimed at Sophia and later performed it live in Kenya.
During the performance, Burna Boy encouraged the audience to chant ‘Opueh’, referencing GehGeh’s recent hit song.
GehGeh, known for his song ‘Opueh’ which targeted Saidaboj in a social media feud, has now revealed plans to sue Burna Boy for copyright infringement, seeking one billion naira in damages.
“Burna Boy doesn’t know the trouble he’s gotten himself into, ‘Opueh’, is trademarked,” He stated.
