Nollywood star Wumi Toriola has revealed that she has no interest in remarrying but hopes to expand her family with her ex-husband.

Previously, Toriola had candidly discussed the reasons behind the end of her marriage in 2023, citing her ex-husband’s tendency to belittle her during arguments.

In a recent interview, Wumi Toriola shared that her former spouse had expressed doubts about her abilities as a wife, even if they were to reconcile. Despite this, he acknowledged her skills as a mother to their children.

The actress mentioned that they are now successfully co-parenting and maintaining a good relationship.

In her statement, she said, “I’m not interested in getting married now, but I want to have more babies with my ex-husband. My ex-husband told me that I may not be a good wife to him if we come back together, but he later told me that I’m a good mother to our children. He’s not married to another person yet, but I can’t say if he’s already in a relationship, but right now we’re co-parenting very well.”
