Nigeria’s biggest filmmakers are all Yoruba – Chude Jideonwo

Media personality Chude Jideonwo recently shared his experience with depression, revealing how it ultimately saved him.

In a podcast interview, he emphasized that depression was a significant turning point in his life and clarified that it is not always a spiritual issue, as commonly believed by many.

Instead, he described it as a spiritual crisis.

“Depression is not a spiritual problem like people see it as though demons are possessing you, No! Depression is a spiritual crisis often. Crisis of inner life. How you see yourself, how you see the world”.

Chude Jideonwo described depression as a strong missed call however described it the best phase of his life while disclosing how it opens his eyes to see differently.
