Nigerian artist Stanley Omah Didia, widely known as Omah Lay, has shared his perspective on money while reflecting on his recovery from depression.
Having previously opened up about battling chronic depression that nearly claimed his life, Omah Lay revealed that “money is everything” as he hinted at progress in his mental health journey.
In a post on his X handle, he wrote, “Clarity Of Mind ☀️️ Money is everything.”
The singer also recently revealed that Clarity Of Mind will be the title of his forthcoming second album, symbolizing his path to healing from depression.
His first album, Boy Alone, released on July 15, 2022, conveyed his experiences with depression through emotional and introspective tracks.
Just days after its release, on July 18, 2022, Omah Lay disclosed on X that his depression deepened following a sexual encounter with his therapist.
