Renowned blogger Linda Ikeji has made her choice between two of Nigeria’s top music stars, Wizkid and Davido.
During a recent interview with Pulse, Linda Ikeji was asked to choose between the two, and though she hesitated, she ultimately picked Davido.
She stated that Davido is “by far” a superior artist to Wizkid.
When asked, “Wizkid or Davido?” Ikeji responded: “Davido by far.”
Her choice didn’t come as a surprise to many, considering her long-standing feud with Wizkid. Their clash dates back to 2016, when Ikeji published a report alleging that Wizkid had received an eviction notice from his Lekki home.
The situation escalated when Wizkid lashed out at Linda Ikeji on social media, even going as far as threatening to send his 16-year-old cousin to assault her.
The online altercation dragged on for months, eventually drawing police involvement. Although there have been attempts to settle the rift, Ikeji and Wizkid appear to have remained distant ever since.
