Renowned Nigerian artist Raoul John Njeng-Njeng, popularly known as Skales, has shared his thoughts on why many musicians miss out on their breakthroughs.
In a post on his X handle on Monday, Skales emphasized the importance of determination.
According to him, a major reason artists fall short is due to a lack of patience, as they tend to give up just before their moment of success.
He urged fellow artists to stay committed to their craft.
“Your music will take you places all over the globe. You just need to be consistent enough to see it happen.
“Most artists quit before the blessings show up. Keep going,” he wrote.
