Renowned businessman Simon Guobadia has reportedly filed a $500,000 defamation lawsuit against his ex-wife and reality TV star, Porsha Williams, over an Instagram post he claims implied he suffers from erectile dysfunction (ED).
According to court documents cited in the lawsuit, Guobadia alleges that Williams’ cryptic Instagram posts in July 2024 indirectly referred to him and suggested he was struggling with ED. Though she didn’t mention his name, Guobadia argues the timing and context made it obvious to the public that the post was about him.
The businessman claims the posts not only damaged his reputation but also led to lost business opportunities and emotional distress.
This latest legal drama follows a contentious divorce battle in which Porsha Williams reportedly emerged with significant victories. The court ordered Guobadia to pay her $40,000 in monthly alimony and granted her exclusive use of their Atlanta mansion.
The couple’s high-profile marriage and split have remained in the spotlight, especially after Williams announced her second divorce from Guobadia earlier in 2025.
As of now, Porsha Williams has not publicly responded to the alleged defamation lawsuit.
