Big Brother Naija Season 10/10 housemate Thelma Lawson has opened up about a difficult experience in her business, revealing that a former employee once stole N800,000 from her.
The 26-year-old Rivers State-born skincare consultant made the revelation during a candid conversation with fellow housemates on Saturday night, as they discussed the challenges of balancing entrepreneurship with social life.
According to Thelma, the theft was eventually discovered and exposed, though she didn’t share whether legal steps were taken against the individual.
Thelma, who runs a thriving skincare brand, emphasized how trust can be easily betrayed in business, especially when one is juggling multiple responsibilities.
Earlier during the Saturday night premiere, Thelma had introduced herself as a single mother to a son who would be turning two soon, adding that she was not currently interested in a relationship, as her focus remained on personal growth and providing for her child.
