Nigerian singer Euphemia Ekumah, popularly known as GoodGirl LA, has made a bold declaration about her personal life, stating that she has no intention of getting married.
The “Jeje” crooner made the statement while responding to a fan’s comment about her dislike for cooking. The fan had reacted to GoodGirl LA’s revelation that she has never cooked in her kitchen, saying:
“Who go marry woman wey no like cooking?”
In a sharp response, the singer wrote:
“I’m never getting married because no man walking this earth deserves a goddess like me, now what?”
Her response has since stirred conversations online about gender roles, independence, and self-worth.
This comes not long after the artist opened up about her past battle with depression. She revealed that during her struggles, people misunderstood her, with some even labeling her as “crazy,” and that her own parents once called her “a failure.”
