Controversial activist VeryDarkMan has once again taken aim at influencer Ashmusy, questioning both her past brand promotions and her current business ventures.
In a viral video, he accused Ashmusy of staging her “Magic Revive” hair product campaign, claiming her supposed hair growth transformation was misleading.
“Everything about you is not genuine. On your Instagram posts, you made it look like you cut your hair to prove that your product works. But what you actually did is called a big chop—you cut chemically damaged hair so natural growth could return. Then you expect people to believe it was your product that made the hair grow? Everything you do seems staged and not authentic,” he said.
Beyond her hair product claims, VeryDarkMan also cast doubt on Ashmusy’s newly launched course, which promises participants massive wealth. He openly challenged her to provide concrete evidence of its success.
“Let me be fair to you, Ashmusy. Show me how you are going to make everyone who registers for your class ₦100 million rich, and I will help promote it. If this is genuine, you would become the most popular name in your state. But if not, this looks like another Ponzi scheme. Women, na una be the target, so go and learn—but know I have said my piece.”
His remarks have since stirred debate online, with many Nigerians divided over whether Ashmusy’s promotions are genuine business ventures or simply hype.
