Nicki Minaj wasn’t the only nemesis Cardi B was dealing with on Tuesday (September 30). While firing shots back and forth with the Harajuku Barbie, the Bronx-born rapper found herself under fire from City Girls star JT.
Fans who assumed the Cardi–JT feud had fizzled since their clashes last week were quickly proven wrong when JT (real name Jatavia Johnson) hopped on X (formerly Twitter) to stir the pot again.
Reminding fans of their history, JT pointed back to 2022 when Cardi branded her a “lapdog.” From there, she leveled new allegations at Cardi—claiming her chart-topping sophomore album Am I the Drama was ghostwritten by Pardison Fontaine and that its massive first-week sales were “fraudulent.”
“Nobody but her is buying that shit! Write me back when we have live footage of the chart breaking drone delivery’s from Walmart #fraudiB,” JT tweeted before later deleting the post.
The shade didn’t stop there. Cardi’s younger sister, Hennessy Carolina, quickly jumped into the fray, escalating the war of words and turning the situation into a full-blown social media brawl.
With Nicki, JT, and even Hennessy in the mix, it’s safe to say Cardi’s week online has been anything but quiet.
