Reality TV star Porsha Williams has been formally cleared of any wrongdoing following reports of an alleged incident aboard a Delta Airlines flight returning from BravoCon. The Real Housewives of Atlanta personality was said to have been involved in a heated exchange in the first-class cabin during her trip back from Las Vegas, prompting cabin crew intervention, according to the Daily Mail.
However, her attorney, Joe Habachy, has now confirmed that the United States Attorney’s Office has determined that no crime was committed. The FBI, he added, will not be taking any further investigative action regarding the matter.
Habachy emphasized that Porsha Williams was never worried about the outcome, insisting the allegations against her were “blatantly false from the beginning” and noting that there was no physical confrontation at any point. He further stated that Porsha is “owed an apology” by the passenger who made the accusations.
Earlier in the week, the attorney explained that Porsha Williams had been the victim of a verbal attack from an “irate and unhinged passenger without provocation,” and that multiple eyewitness accounts contradicted the claims made against her.
As is standard procedure for any in-flight disturbance, federal authorities conducted a thorough review. According to Habachy, Porsha cooperated fully and remained confident that the facts would vindicate her.
Delta Airlines confirmed that crew members did engage with two passengers during the flight from Las Vegas to Atlanta, though the journey continued without any disruption and landed normally. Law enforcement met the aircraft on arrival, as is routine. The FBI initially reviewed the situation to determine whether any federal statutes applied, but the review has now been formally closed with no charges filed.
Porsha had been in Las Vegas for BravoCon 2025, where she appeared on a panel for Getting Lucky at the Love Hotelalongside Sonja Morgan and Heather Gay. The trio also hinted at their willingness to return for a potential second-season spinoff.
This latest development comes months after Porsha finalized her divorce from Simon Guobadia, who was deported to Nigeria earlier in the year by U.S. immigration authorities. She was previously married to former NFL star Kordell Stewart from 2011 to 2013.
Speaking at CultureCon in New York last month, Porsha Williams revealed she is back in the dating scene and has narrowed her romantic prospects down to “two people,” reaffirming that she remains a “lover girl” and open to finding love again — even if it means doing so on reality TV.
