South African music sensation Tyla has been crowned the biggest Billboard U.S. Afrobeats artist of 2025, outperforming leading Nigerian stars Wizkid, Davido, and Burna Boy.
Billboard released its year-end U.S. Afrobeats Songs Artists 2025 rankings, with Tyla securing the No. 1 position.
Wizkid, Rema, Davido, and Burna Boy follow closely behind at Nos. 2, 3, 4, and 5.
Other artists featured in the top 10 include American-Ghanaian singer Moliy, as well as Nigeria’s Asake, Shallipopi, Seyi Vibez, and BNXN.
Positions 11 to 20 feature additional Nigerian heavyweights such as Fola, Tems, Olamide, Fido, Ayra Starr, Omah Lay, Chella, Kizz Daniel, Zinoleesky, and T.I Blaze.
The list is rounded out by British-Nigerian acts Odeal, Young Jonn, Odumodublvck, Kunmie, and Ayo Maff, completing the influential 2025 chart.
