World-renowned boxer, Anthony Joshua, was reportedly involved in a road accident on Monday in Makun, Ogun State.
The incident is said to have occurred along the busy Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, where the vehicle conveying the boxing star allegedly collided with another car under circumstances that are still under investigation.
According to reports, Anthony Joshua sustained only minor injuries in the crash. However, two occupants of the other vehicle were said to have died at the scene.
Following the incident, fans of the former heavyweight champion have taken to social media to express concern and wish him well.
Meanwhile, local authorities have commenced investigations to determine the cause of the accident.
