The management of Nigerian singer Tems has dismissed rumours suggesting that she is working on a musical collaboration with rapper Odumodublvck.
Speculation began after the Nigerian Barz Association shared a video clip on social media showing Odumodublvck recording music in a studio, with Tems and her manager present.
The post was captioned: “So this collaboration with Tems will not see the light of day because of the current diss, right?” — prompting fans to assume a joint project was underway.
The video quickly gained traction online, fuelling widespread discussion about a possible collaboration between the two artists.
However, Tems’ manager, Muyiwa Adeniyi, has clarified that no such collaboration exists. Responding on social media, he explained that Tems’ presence at the studio was informal and unrelated to any music recording with the rapper.
“This wasn’t a collaboration. It was a technician session,” Adeniyi said. “She called to ask what I was doing, and I asked her to come around just to hang for a bit. Please don’t drag my artist into unnecessary conversations.”
The clarification appears to put an end to the speculation, confirming that there is no collaborative project between Tems and Odumodublvck at this time.
