Nollywood actress and evangelist Eucharia Anunobi has shared a strong message about intimacy and relationships, cautioning against engaging in sex before marriage.
In a post on Instagram, the actress argued that premarital intimacy can cloud judgment and prevent people from clearly seeing their partner’s character flaws.
According to her, attraction and physical bonding may create an emotional attachment that overshadows red flags.
“Sex before marriage will always blindfold you not to see the flaws in your partner’s character,” she wrote.
Marriage Reveals True Character
Eucharia added that people only begin to understand a partner’s real personality after marriage, when they start living together and sharing daily responsibilities.
“Until you are legally married and begin to live under the same roof, you can never ever see the true character of your partner,” she stated.
She also warned that dating for years does not automatically translate into a successful marriage, urging couples to prioritise compatibility in areas such as values, vision and faith.
“Sex Is a Covenant”
The actress concluded her message by describing sex as a covenant, emphasising its spiritual and emotional weight.
“This truth will set you free: Sex is a covenant.”
Eucharia Anunobi, who has in recent years devoted more time to Christian ministry, frequently shares faith-based reflections on relationships, marriage and personal discipline, encouraging followers to align their decisions with their beliefs.
