Former Big Brother Naija housemate Lilo Aderogba has achieved a new academic milestone after earning a Master’s degree from Eastern Illinois University in the United States.
The reality TV star shared photos from her graduation ceremony on social media, alongside an emotional message reflecting on her educational and spiritual journey over the past two years.
According to Lilo, what began as a pursuit of another academic qualification eventually became a transformative personal experience that changed her life in unexpected ways.
“Two years ago I started this journey, all I wanted was just another degree but my God had a greater plan,” she wrote.
“He changed my entire life, I met with Him in ways I have never before and He gave me DOUBLE!”
The former reality TV star further described the experience as one filled with mercy, growth, transformation, and blessings.
“He showed me His Mercy and all I can say is BABA ESE GAN,” she added, using a Yoruba phrase that translates to “Father thank you so much.”
Lilo first gained public attention during the 2020 edition of Big Brother Naija, known as the Lockdown season.
Although her time on the reality show was brief, she successfully built a public profile afterward through media work, influencer partnerships, entrepreneurship, and lifestyle content.
Over the years, she has also become known for balancing entertainment with business and personal development pursuits.
Her latest achievement has prompted online congratulations, with many fans praising her for continuing her education while maintaining her public career.
Several supporters also highlighted her openness about faith and spiritual growth, saying her message resonated with young Nigerians pursuing goals abroad.
Lilo’s graduation adds to the growing list of former BBNaija contestants who have expanded their careers beyond reality television into education, business, and international opportunities.
