Regina joined the Landlady’s club late last year, after spending millions on a new home.
Regina Chukwu took to Instagram to celebrate her new age, noting how fortunate she is.
Regina reflected on the previous year, recalling how she celebrated her birthday in a rented flat last year, but now she is celebrating it as a landlord.
She expressed gratitude to her creator for being so intentional about her life, which she does not take for granted.
Regina requested prayers and stated that the epistles would be read later in the day.
