Madami Garba Madami, a lawmaker under the Peoples Democratic Party serving the Chikun Constituency of the Kaduna House of Assembly, has passed away.
CREEBHILLS reports that three days after the inauguration, Madami passed suddenly on Saturday at the hospital where he was getting treatment.
The 10th State Assembly was sworn in on June 13, 2023, however the deceased member was unable to attend owing to an undisclosed illness.
Ibrahim Sale, the Ardo Ardodin, a traditional title holder from his constituency (Chikun), acknowledged this incident.
The legislator’s death was confirmed by a local source, who called the circumstances unfortunate.
