“Everybody was Malian”, Wizkid’s old tweet about Naira Marley sparks reaction

Afrobeats star, Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, better known as Wizkid’s old tweet about the controversial singer, Naira Marley has stirred reactions from internet users.

In the tweet, the Grammy Winner dedicated gratitude to Naira Marley, whom he further labeled as his favourite guy.

He extendedly referred to himself as a Marlian forever, even after life.

In his words;

The tweet which resurfaced lately due to Naira Marley’s recent situation courtesy of the death of Mohbad subsequently got people talking online.

A majority of netizens defended Wizkid, claiming that the Marlians chants and saga predominated in 2019.
