Osimhen, Iheanacho leave Super Eagles camp ahead of Mozambique friendly

Osimhen snubs Super Eagles’ friendly against Portugal

Victor Osimhen of Napoli and Kelechi Iheanacho of Leicester City have both left the Super Eagles camp ahead of Monday’s international friendly against Mozambique.

On Saturday, both players flew to their separate bases.

Osimhen suffered a hamstring injury in Friday’s 2-2 draw with Saudi Arabia.

In the second half, he was replaced by Terem Moffi.

Iheanacho was excused from camp due to a family situation.

Peseiro now has only three center-forwards at his disposal: Terem Moffi, Victor Boniface, and Sadiq Umar.
