Nigerian singer and record producer, known as Alhaji Tekno, collapsed on stage in South Africa during his music tour.
After performing in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea, Tekno fainted while singing slowly on stage. He was quickly taken to a hospital in Johannesburg for treatment.
Tekno is recognized for his unique blend of Afrobeats, Afropop, and hip-hop. He entered the Nigerian music scene in 2013 when he signed with Made Men Music Group (Triple MG).
His breakthrough single, “Holiday,” featuring Davido, was well-received, and his hit single “Dance” followed in 2014.
