Kai Cenat, a well-known American streamer and content creator, has declared his retirement from streaming.
The YouTuber revealed to his followers on Sunday via X that he is quitting streaming to pursue a new job.
He disclosed his desire to play basketball professionally.
He wrote, “I’m quitting streaming and becoming a professional basketball player. Goodbye.”
When Afrobeats musician Davido and Kai Cenat met in Nigeria earlier this year, it made headlines.
He pledged to visit the nation in December and gave money towards the remodelling of a school in the Makoko neighbourhood of Lagos State.
Peller, a well-known streamer from Nigeria, has previously disclosed that Cenat is his mentor.
