Uriel Oputa, a Big Brother Naija ‘Double Wahala’ contestant, has described her experience caring for her mother, who has dementia.

She explained on her Instagram account that caring for someone with dementia, particularly her mother, is the most difficult, upsetting, and gratifying experience she has had.

She explained that each day offers new challenges and intense emotions, but they tackle them with love. Finally, love becomes her strength and refuge.

“Caring for someone with dementia – especially when that person is my mother – is the most challenging, heartbreaking, and rewarding experience. Each day brings new hurdles and deep emotions, yet we face them with love. In the end, love becomes both our strength and our solace”.
