Former Big Brother Naija housemate Uriel Oputa has shared her changing perspective on marriage, admitting that the behavior of modern men has made her more cautious about the idea of settling down.
According to Uriel, if she had been asked about marriage five years ago, her answer would have been an “absolutely, 100% yes.” But today, she says her response is far less certain.
The fitness enthusiast and TV personality cited her experiences in the current dating scene, describing many men as “inconsistent, egotistical, narcissistic, and manipulative.”
She added humorously, “I’m not sure I want to spend the rest of my life on high blood pressure medication.”
Still, Uriel struck a hopeful tone, saying: “But hey – in God we trust. Mine will be different.”
